Is Holuto really free?

Yes. The basic plan is free forever; it isn’t a trial. Tell us how your workshop works and we’ll explain what the basic plan includes.

How do I sign up?

Create an account at app.holuto.com with your tax ID (NIP), and we fetch your company details from the REGON register. Add your workshop name, your details and a password, and you’re in straight away. Sign-up is for owners of car service workshops and tire shops. Drivers don’t need it: your workshop adds you, and you log in at app.holuto.com.

How do my customers use Holuto?

In the browser, with nothing to install. Customers log in with their phone number and a one-time SMS code, then see their cars, the job in progress and their service history.

Do I need any special hardware?

Nothing special. Holuto runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Documents print as PDF on any printer. Fiscal receipts on Posnet printers are rolling out now: they need a small Holuto app on the computer the printer is connected to.

Which languages does Holuto support?

Polish, English, Spanish and Russian. Each user picks their own language, so the front desk and the mechanics can each work in the one they know best. Order copies and agreements print in the language you choose.

We have more than one location. Does that work?

Yes. One account holds all your workshops. Each location has its own bays, stock, tire storage and cash, while your customers are shared. Staff switch locations from the account menu.

Can I use Holuto outside Poland?

Today Holuto is built for Poland: prices in PLN, Polish tax numbers (NIP), Polish fiscal printers and agreements under Polish law. We plan to support other EU countries. If your workshop is elsewhere, write to us.

Is our data safe?

Holuto runs on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the database is backed up automatically every day. Every user has their own login, and each role sees only what it needs.
